Vilje Bionics is a technology company that develops an arm exoskeleton for people with arm impairment. The company is run by a team of seven with backgrounds from NTNU, ETH Zürich and BI Norwegian Business School.

Saeid Hosseini
CEO - Cheif executive officer
Master of Science in Engineering from NTNU and has studied Biomechanical Design at TU Delft in the Netherlands. He has previous experience with production from Norsk Titanium and project management and strategy from Holte Consulting.

Eirik Bodsberg
CTO - Cheif technology officer
Master of Science in Engineering from NTNU. He also studied Mechanical Engineering at TU Munich. He has management experience from Revolve in NTNU as technical leader and group leader.

Asmund Kvam Kollbye
CPO - Cheif product officer
Master of Science in Engineering NTNU. He has also studied Mechanical Engineering at TU Munich. Asmund has experience from the research and development department in Webasto GmbH and the Next Generation Train project for DLR.

Martin Bogstrand
CCO - Cheif commercial officer
BSc in communication management with specialization in project management from BI Norwegian Business School. He has experience with insight and market research from Kantar, a leading data, insight and consulting company. There he worked with market analysis and consulting in sectors ranging from FMCG to bank/finance

Maren Kirknes Fossum
CQO - Chief Quality and regulatory officer
PhD candidate focusing on biomaterials and methods for risk assessment of medical equipment, a collaboration between NTNU, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, the Red Cross University College and Karolinska Institutet. Graduated as an engineer in materials technology from NTNU, focusing on medical materials. Experience as a research engineer from KTH, a business start-up in Uganda via FK Norway and various project management roles.

Oscar Lilleløkken
Product developer - Mechanical engineer
Oscar has an MSc in Engineering (Production Development and Production) from NTNU. Furthermore, Oscar has experience from the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Switzerland, where he worked in the innovation department IdeaSquare. At CERN, he was responsible for developing and maintaining activities related to prototyping and infrastructure. Oscar also has experience from Laerdal Medical, a leading international supplier of medical training and first-aid equipment.

Julia Kenel
Product developer - Robotics engineer
Julia has an MSc in mechanical engineering focusing on Bioengineering and Robotics from ETH Zurich. Julia has experience from the research and development department of Hocoma AG, a leading company that delivers advanced rehabilitation technology and sensor-based solutions to clinics and hospitals.
